Items available for pre-order have a finite window in which they may be purchased. At the end of this period, the items are then produced and shipped. Be sure to note the expiration date/time so you don’t miss out.

Unlike pre-order items, we have stock products physically on-hand and ready to ship. Since they already exist, you should receive stock items much faster than pre-order ones. Although, please keep in mind that all items in an order ship together and if your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be sent when that item is finished. So plan accordingly.

On-demand items are produced when an order is placed. There is some extra lead time with these products to account for the production, but they are always available. Check each product for an estimated shipping date.
