I just ordered a shirt. When will it arrive?

It depends. Kids tees typically ship within a week. If your order includes kids tees and adult tees, your tees will all ship together once your adult order is ready. Designs are on sale for two weeks and get shipped about three weeks after that. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (if you live in the United States) or a few weeks (if you live anywhere else), depending on how far you live from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We’ll send you an email as soon as we send it. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to clear things up.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong size, wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund. Our address:

Exchanges are basically impossible (except for kids tees; those are easy, email us). We order all designs in exact quantities, so the chance that we’ll have an extra one in your size is very slim. We’d be happy to provide you a refund.

I just found out about Cotton Bureau, but the shirt I want is gone! Will it ever come back?

Maybe! Unless this particular shirt is retired, you can head over to the product page and put your email address in to be notified if it comes back. It’s up to the shirt designer, but we like to re-release shirts any time they accumulate 40 requests. You’ll get a notification when it’s back on the site. If you really like it, tell your friends! The more requests a shirt gets, the more likely it is to come back.

My credit card statement is showing a recurring charge?!

Don’t panic! We promise you have only been charged once and will not be charged again. Some banks list our charge as recurring because we authorize your card when you place your order but don't charge it until the pre-order period ends.

My card was declined. Now what?

If you received an email from us about your card being declined, you will find a link in that email to update your card. Follow that link to update your payment info. You have only 18 hours to fix your card before it will be too late. Go.

Help! I forgot to use my discount code.
